Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to shoppers, answering questions and providing product recommendations.
- Assist with stocking, organizing, and merchandising products to ensure a clean and inviting store environment.
- Operate cash registers and point-of-sale systems accurately, processing transactions efficiently.
- Handle cash drops and reconcile daily sales reports at the end of the shift.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure store operations run smoothly during high-traffic weekend periods.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and loss prevention procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
