Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service during weekend shifts (Saturday-Sunday)
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Manage inventory and merchandising displays to brand standards
- Assist with store operations during peak weekend foot traffic
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and problem-solving skills
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized store
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work all weekend shifts (6:00 AM - 10:00 PM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory
- Reliable transportation to Commerce Drive location
