Responsibilities
- Execute daily store opening and closing procedures to ensure a safe and organized environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers and answering inquiries.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves and processing returns.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and handle cash transactions with integrity.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain visual merchandising standards and store displays.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends, specifically Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
