Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with product inquiries to ensure a superior shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Restock merchandise, organize displays, and ensure the sales floor is visually appealing.
- Handle cash transactions, manage returns, and resolve minor customer service issues.
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols while on the sales floor.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a team.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills.
