Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend warehouse operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Lead cross-functional teams of 8-12 weekend staff members
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize weekend workflow using WMS systems and digital tools
- Resolve operational challenges with minimal disruption to weekend delivery schedules
- Prepare weekend performance reports for Monday management review
- Train weekend staff on new equipment and process updates
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of logistics or warehouse coordination experience
- Proficiency with WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and MS Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Valid Indiana driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Experience leading weekend or overnight operations
