Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend shift activities across multiple locations in Texas and Florida
- Manage team performance, scheduling, and resource allocation during high-traffic periods

- Conduct shift handovers and maintain detailed operational documentation
- Train and mentor new weekend shift staff

Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in shift management or operations coordination
- Proven ability to lead teams during weekend/holiday periods
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in scheduling software and MS Office Suite
- Valid driver's license with clean record (for multi-site travel)
- Ability to work flexible weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime
