Responsibilities
- Coordinate seamless weekend operations across multiple hospitality venues
- Manage guest check-ins and resolve service inquiries with exceptional professionalism
- Train and supervise weekend staff to maintain brand standards

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hospitality or customer service experience
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (no holidays)
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in reservation systems and POS software
- Valid Louisiana Food Handler's certification preferred
- Excellent communication skills with diverse clientele
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during shifts
