As a Weekend Shift Coordinator, you'll be the heart of our operations during peak guest periods. Responsibilities
- Manage daily weekend operations across multiple venue sections (FOH/BOH)
- Train and mentor weekend staff on service protocols and safety procedures
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly while maintaining service excellence standards
- Coordinate inventory management and supply replenishment during shifts
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout all operations
- Collaborate with weekday managers for seamless service continuity
- Conduct end-of-shift reporting and handover documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hospitality or customer service experience
- Availability to work every Saturday and Sunday (6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm)
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficiency in reservation systems and POS technology
- Exceptional conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Valid California food handler permit
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift 25 lbs regularly
