- Coordinate weekend service operations across 3-5 community sites
- Manage client intake and resource distribution efficiently
- Train and supervise 2-4 weekend volunteers per shift
- Maintain accurate service documentation and reporting

- Collaborate with weekday teams for seamless transitions

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service or coordination experience
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 8am-6pm)
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 25lbs occasionally
- Background check clearance required
