Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily weekend shift operations ensuring optimal staffing and resource allocation
- Deliver exceptional customer service during high-traffic weekend periods
- Train and mentor new weekend team members on company protocols
- Monitor inventory levels and restock merchandise efficiently
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Maintain accurate shift documentation and performance metrics
- Collaborate with weekday managers to ensure operational continuity
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or team coordination roles
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Flexibility to work alternating Saturday/Sunday shifts
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and inventory software
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license preferred for occasional store deliveries
