Responsibilities
- Manage weekend operations across 3-5 client sites
- Coordinate staff schedules and shift rotations
- Conduct daily briefings and performance reviews
- Resolve client issues and escalate critical matters
- Maintain accurate shift documentation and reporting
- Train new weekend staff on company protocols
- Monitor inventory and supply chain logistics
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years shift management experience
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., WhenToWork)
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to travel between Chicago and Ohio sites
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic knowledge of OSHA compliance standards
