Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily weekend operations across multiple service points
- Manage staff scheduling and shift coverage for weekend activities
- Ensure exceptional customer service during peak weekend hours
- Handle inventory management and supply replenishment
- Resolve customer inquiries and operational challenges promptly
- Document shift activities and prepare weekend reports
- Train and mentor new weekend staff members
- Maintain strict compliance with safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or operations
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 6 PM)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in basic office software (MS Office Suite)
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Valid Texas driver's license (if required for site visits)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Spanish bilingual preferred (not required)
