Responsibilities
- Coordinate guest check-ins and service operations during peak weekend hours
- Train and mentor new weekend staff on service protocols
- Resolve guest inquiries with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Monitor inventory and operational readiness for weekend events
- Collaborate with management to optimize weekend staffing schedules
- Execute safety compliance procedures during all shifts
- Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Valid Tennessee Food Handler's Certificate preferred
