Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operations during Saturday/Sunday shifts with precision and efficiency
- Manage front-of-house staff and resolve guest inquiries promptly
- Oversee inventory management and supply replenishment for weekend rushes
- Implement safety protocols and maintain compliance with health standards
- Train new weekend staff on operational procedures and brand standards
- Generate shift reports and communicate performance metrics to management
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in hospitality or customer service roles
- Proven ability to work independently during high-pressure weekend shifts
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible availability for all weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday)
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean record
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software
