Responsibilities
- Manage daily weekend operations across multiple service points
- Coordinate team schedules and ensure seamless customer handoffs

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in shift coordination or customer leadership
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday 8AM-8PM)
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Valid Virginia driver's license with clean record
- Proficient in scheduling software (e.g., Deputy, When I Work)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during weekend shifts
- Flexible schedule for occasional weekday training sessions
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
