Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations during weekend shifts ensuring seamless guest services
- Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance teams for optimal efficiency
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with exceptional customer care
- Supervise check-in/check-out processes and manage room inventory
- Conduct safety inspections and maintain regulatory compliance
- Train and mentor new weekend staff members
- Prepare shift reports and operational summaries
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Strong leadership and team coordination abilities
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to cover varied weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems
- Valid Virginia driver's license (if required for property inspections)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs occasionally
