Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through in-person interactions and digital channels
- Process transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in POS systems
- Manage inventory and ensure product displays meet brand standards
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Collaborate with team members to maintain seamless weekend operations
- Contribute to a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
- Participate in weekend team briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service or retail experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 2 PM or 2 PM - 10 PM)
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and technology
- Valid California driver's license (for occasional inventory runs)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Availability to commit to consistent weekend schedule
