Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients visiting the Dallas location.
- Manage daily sales transactions using point-of-sale (POS) systems with accuracy.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Reliable transportation to the Dallas office.
