Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts.

- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately within the CRM system.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records.
- Collaborate with the support team to ensure consistent service standards.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate management level.
Qualifications

- Must be available to work weekends consistently.
