Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to visitors and clients at the front desk and sales floor.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash handling with precision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment in accordance with company safety standards.
- Assist in daily inventory management and restocking of products or supplies.
- Collaborate with the weekend team to achieve daily performance and sales targets.
- Answer inquiries and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and math skills for transaction processing.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
