Responsibilities
- Manage high volumes of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on weekend availability.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring high satisfaction rates.
- Process transactions accurately and maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service protocols and operational efficiency.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards at all times.
- Upsell products and services where appropriate to meet sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or call center operations preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays (Weekend Shift availability is mandatory).
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM software.
