Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts
- Resolve technical issues for enterprise clients using troubleshooting methodologies
- Document customer interactions in CRM systems with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with on-call engineers for complex technical escalations
- Maintain detailed knowledge of product updates and service protocols

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- 1+ years customer service or technical support experience
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday, 8am-8pm)
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls)
