Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional in-person customer service during Saturday/Sunday shifts
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Manage inventory and stock shelves during off-peak hours
- Resolve customer inquiries with solution-focused communication
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain store standards
- Execute visual merchandising tasks during weekend downtimes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or retail experience
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8am-6pm)
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred
