- Provide exceptional in-person and phone customer service during weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday)
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Assist with inventory management and merchandising during weekend operations
- Collaborate with weekend team members to ensure seamless store operations
- Contribute to a positive shopping environment through visual standards maintenance
Qualifications
