- Collaborate with weekend team to resolve customer inquiries and operational challenges
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain clean, organized store environment
- Support digital integration initiatives including online order fulfillment
- Participate in weekend team huddles for goal alignment and performance feedback
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months customer service or retail experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic digital tools
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
