Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding in-person customer service at our weekend community hub
- Assist residents with resource navigation and program information
- Manage weekend event coordination and community outreach activities
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve community needs
- Support weekend volunteer coordination and training initiatives
- Contribute to weekend community wellness program delivery
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year customer service or community outreach experience
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility with weekend and holiday availability
- Basic computer proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Valid Ohio driver's license (if local travel required)
