Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-person customer service at our premium Chicago location
- Process transactions efficiently while maintaining accurate financial records
- Resolve customer inquiries with empathy and problem-solving expertise
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Maintain pristine store presentation and inventory management
- Contribute to weekend sales initiatives and promotional campaigns
- Train and mentor new weekend team members
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm)
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and digital tools
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid work authorization in the United States
