Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person during weekend shifts.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Process transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately using POS systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor environment.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet weekend sales targets.
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Proficiency with computer systems and basic data entry.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
