Job Summary:
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our operations team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our logistics and service operations run smoothly during peak weekend hours.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and complaints with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety compliance.
- Collaborate with the weekend team to meet daily productivity targets and goals.
- Perform inventory checks and stock replenishment as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service or logistics is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
