Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Stock shelves and organize merchandise to maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Process transactions accurately at the register and handle returns or exchanges efficiently.
- Assist in inventory management by counting stock and reporting discrepancies.
- Maintain the sales floor by cleaning spills, dusting shelves, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales goals and targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
