Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely load and unload trucks using pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyor systems.
- Inventory Management: Sort, check, and stock incoming merchandise to ensure accuracy and organization.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack orders efficiently to meet daily shipping targets.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow employees to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required for entry-level roles.
- Experience: No prior logistics or warehouse experience is necessary; we provide on-the-job training.
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturday and Sunday.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Availability: Must be able to start immediately.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to safety.
