Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately select, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels and perform regular stock counts on the weekend shift.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts (certification preferred but training available).
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the workspace organized, clean, and safe at all times to prevent accidents.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage or defects before processing.
- Documentation: Accurately complete necessary paperwork and logs for shipments and inventory adjustments.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Communication: Basic ability to read and comprehend instructions, as well as communicate with team members.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required for entry-level positions.
