Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge during weekend peak hours
- Manage inventory, stock shelves, and maintain store presentation standards
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Train and mentor new associates on weekend shift protocols
- Collaborate with team to achieve weekend sales targets and operational goals
- Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures during all shifts
- Assist with weekend inventory counts and loss prevention measures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service
- Availability to work full-time weekends (Friday-Sunday) with occasional holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling experience
- Valid Florida driver's license (for occasional store transfers)
