Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during weekend peak hours (Sat-Sun 10 AM-8 PM)
- Operate POS systems, process transactions, and manage cash flow
- Merchandise products, maintain visual standards, and ensure store cleanliness
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and order processing
- Train new associates on store operations and customer service protocols
- Collaborate with weekday team to ensure seamless store operations
- Participate in monthly store performance reviews and goal setting
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Strong weekend availability (required Sat/Sun shifts)
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-hour shifts and lift 25 lbs
- Proficiency with retail technology (POS systems, inventory software)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
