Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts
- Resolve complex billing and account issues with empathy and efficiency
- Process transactions and maintain accurate client records in CRM systems

Qualifications
- 2+ years customer service experience with weekend shift availability

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (8am-8pm shifts)
