Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care activities during weekend shifts, ensuring seamless transitions between departments
- Manage electronic health records and maintain accurate documentation per HIPAA standards
- Lead interdisciplinary team huddles to optimize weekend patient flow and resource allocation
- Respond to urgent patient inquiries and escalate critical issues to on-call physicians

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- Minimum 2 years healthcare coordination experience with weekend shift background

- Strong conflict resolution and crisis management skills
- Current BLS/CPR certification
