Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive patient care during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun 7am-7pm)
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Monitor patient vitals and document electronic health records
- Coordinate interdisciplinary care team communications
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations
- Maintain sterile environments and equipment
- Provide patient education on treatment plans
Qualifications
- Active RN/LPN/CMA/NHA license in North Carolina
- 2+ years clinical experience in acute or long-term care
- Weekend availability required (no on-call)
- BLS/CPR certification
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- EMR proficiency (Epic preferred)
