Responsibilities
- Execute daily operational workflows during weekend shifts with precision and speed.
- Collaborate with the floor management team to resolve bottlenecks and optimize processes.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock rotation to prevent waste.
- Ensure all safety regulations and workplace hygiene standards are strictly followed.
- Provide exceptional support to clients and internal stakeholders via phone and email.
- Assist in training and mentoring new hires to uphold company standards.
- Monitor equipment functionality and report maintenance needs immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a full-time basis.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Basic proficiency with computer systems and warehouse management software.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
