Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport freight efficiently and safely using conveyor systems and forklifts.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock organization in the warehouse.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times to meet safety compliance standards.
- Adhere to all company policies, operational procedures, and quality control measures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Operate scanning equipment and manage digital documentation accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to work a consistent Full-Time schedule, including weekends (Friday to Sunday or Saturday to Monday).
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is a strong plus.
