- Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain a pristine and organized warehouse environment to ensure maximum operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily throughput goals and shipping deadlines.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and quality control standards.
- Assist in loading and unloading freight trucks with speed and care.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification is a plus.
- Proven track record in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) as part of a rotating schedule.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in inventory management software.
