Responsibilities
- Execute daily inventory management and stock replenishment procedures with high accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment and machinery safely and efficiently during weekend shifts.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in quality control checks and report any discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or retail is highly desirable.
- Must be available to work full-time hours on weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
