Responsibilities

- Train new weekend shift associates on SOPs and technology platforms
- Collaborate with weekday managers for workflow alignment
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in shift-based operations
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills in high-pressure environments
- Flexibility to work Saturdays/Sundays (8 AM - 8 PM shifts)
- Advanced proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., Deputy, When I Work)
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Spanish bilingual preferred for client interaction roles
