Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inventory receiving, sorting, and storage using WMS systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with precision and safety
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately for same-day shipment
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces following OSHA safety protocols
- Conduct cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational excellence
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy with experience in inventory software
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work independently and in fast-paced team environments
- Reliable transportation and consistent weekend availability
