Responsibilities
- Delicate patient care assistance including mobility support and hygiene
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to medical staff
- Administer medications as prescribed by physicians
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA and safety protocols
- Support patient families with clear communication
Qualifications
- CNA or Medical Assistant certification required
- Minimum 1 year healthcare experience
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday)
- BLS/CPR certification
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
