Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Administer prescribed medications under supervision
- Coordinate with healthcare team to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain clean and organized patient environments
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies
- Complete required documentation and reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year healthcare or caregiving experience
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to work flexible weekends (Saturdays/Sundays)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency for documentation
- Physical ability to perform patient care tasks
- Pennsylvania CNA certification preferred
