Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care during weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Monitor vital signs and document patient progress accurately
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain strict confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergency situations
- Participate in weekend staff meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- Active MA nursing license or medical assistant certification
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in healthcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Flexibility to work varied weekend shifts
