Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care including vital signs monitoring and medication assistance
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergency situations
- Assist with mobility support and daily living activities
- Participate in weekend shift handovers and team briefings
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year healthcare or medical assisting experience
- CPR/BLS certification required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Attention to detail and critical thinking abilities
- Valid California healthcare assistant certification preferred
