Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient assessments and care coordination during weekend shifts
- Administer treatments and medications with precision and compassion
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Respond to emergency situations with calm professionalism
- Participate in weekend patient rounds and family consultations
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and hospital protocols
Qualifications
- Current RN or LPN license in Florida (or equivalent healthcare certification)
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in acute care setting
- BLS/ACLS certification required
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions
- Flexibility to work rotating weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Spanish language proficiency preferred
