Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to weekend patrons with a warm and professional demeanor
- Efficiently manage guest check-ins, reservations, and seating arrangements during peak weekend hours
- Prepare and serve beverages while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Uphold strict cleanliness and safety protocols across all guest areas
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Contribute to a positive team environment during high-energy weekend shifts
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality, customer service, or related field
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays with flexible weekend scheduling
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Basic knowledge of beverage service and POS systems
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Must be 21+ years old (alcohol service position)
- Valid Louisiana food handler certification preferred
- Positive attitude with passion for New Orleans culture
