Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and provide product recommendations to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Store Operations: Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment by stocking shelves and organizing displays.
- Point of Sale (POS): Operate the cash register accurately, process transactions, and handle returns or exchanges efficiently.
- Merchandising: Support the management team with inventory management, price changes, and seasonal setup.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure store goals are met and maintain a cohesive team atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and move around the sales floor.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and punctuality are essential for this role.
